According to Feed America, more than 50 million people, including 17 million children, may experience food insecurity. The pandemic has only made the situation more urgent.
DN Van Lines partners with Move For Hunger a national non-profit organization that has created a sustainable way to reduce food waste and fight hunger. Our warehouse facility acts as a drop center where food donations are accepted. We also encourage our moving customers to consider donating canned goods and other non perishable food as they organize their move. In partnership with the moving industry, Move For Hunger has donated over 21 million pounds of food to foodbanks in the US and Canada.
