Stephanie Rowden

Stephanie joined the DN Van Lines team in 2021 as a Billing Coordinator for Government Services, when she was hired to assist Denise Cheney in handling all government transactions.

In this role, Stephanie works closely with Denise to organize the department for easier processing, gather paperwork from the company’s three warehouses, and ensure that everything is turned in on time.

Prior to joining DN Van Lines, Stephanie worked at Webster First Federal Credit union in various roles. She started off as a Bank Teller before working her way up to a Data Operations Retention Clerk, where she oversaw all teller transactions along with all bill payments, interoffice mailings, change of addresses, and scanning documents into corresponding accounts.

Being part of a growing team at DN Van Lines is something that Stephanie greatly enjoys, along with the camaraderie of her coworkers who are like a second family. She looks forward to company functions and the chance they provide to learn more about coworkers’ interests. Her favorite part of her job is learning new things daily.

When Stephanie is not in the office, she spends as much time as she can with her two children, Calli, 5, and Garrett, 2, and her husband Gregory at their home in Douglas, MA. She enjoys bringing the kids to the zoo, the park, or even just the backyard and playing games with them.

Her hobbies include crocheting/knitting, coloring/drawing, and going to car shows with her family. She also enjoys going camping around the country with her family and finding new places to explore.
