DN Van Lines renews its commitment to recognizing its people as its most valuable resource.  David Exe has joined as Recruitment & Safety Manager.  He comes to DN Van Lines with many years of experience in staffing, recruitment and managing continent employees onsite.  “The success of any business or even any project rests squarely on the people.  In our business, our competitors have trucks, they have boxes and warehouses but one thing that the competition doesn’t have is “me”.  I am unique and I am on the DN Van Lines team.” says David.

David feels the same way about every team member and looks forward to continuing the tradition of focusing on service excellence by investing in ongoing professional staff development.  David is just as passionate about his responsibility for safety.  “We recognize the highly stressful and physical nature of the service that we deliver.  A hand truck and walk board used properly are important tools to make moving more efficient and less physically taxing but used improperly by an untrained person, they can present dangers to our team and our customers.”

Proper training, equipment maintenance and disciplined use of safety checklists are important parts of the toolkit that David intends to bring to the role.
