Oded Carmi, has built his business on the idea that people are the most precious and only unique asset of DN Van Lines. “If you don’t come to work with a smile on your face, it makes it difficult to put a smile on the customer’s face, doesn’t it?” So, while Oded recognizes that keeping the DN Van Lines’ team happy, motivated and aligned in the effort to deliver service excellence is his most important mission, he also recognizes that as the company grows, competing priorities may distract him from this objective.

In addition to providing a framework to manage professional staff development, Janet will formalize employee recognition programs but the focus is not just on the internal team. “Our customers are key stakeholders in our success and ongoing development.” says Janet. “The concept of caring for our customers has always been a part of our DNA so being entrusted to act as our Chief Care Officer to bring us all together is a true privilege.”
