New Safety Protocols:
We understand that moving is stressful, nonetheless during a global pandemic. We have sought guidance from the CDC as well as the American Moving Association about how best to keep your family safe during your next move.
✓ Essential Designation
By order of the Governor of Massachusetts, Moving & Storage companies have been deemed essential and are required to operate during the COVID pandemic.
✓ Virtual Moving Surveys
In addition to the normal onsite survey, we are providing a virtual survey option. With this tool, you will video chat with one of our move coordinators on your mobile phone to review the entire scope of your moving services.
✓ Mandatory Mask Wearing
As per state and local guidelines, our staff is required to wear masks at all times when handling your belongings. Likewise, customers are required to wear masks when interacting with our employees in person.
✓ Hand Sanitization
All of our crews are regularly provided with sanitizer to ensure continuous hand cleanliness.
✓ Truck & Equipment Cleaning
We regularly sanitize our trucks and moving equipment to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
✓ Reduced Crew Size
We have reduced our crew sizes to the minimum required to complete the service and in order to reduce the risk of exposure.
✓ No-Tolerance Sick Policy & Contact Tracing
Individual staff members' health is assessed daily. If any staff exhibits or reports a symptom like coughing, a sore throat, or fever -- they will not be allowed to work. No individual is allowed to come to work if they or their family or friends have experienced any COVID-like symptoms in the previous 7 days.
DN Van Lines takes the enforcement of the above policy very seriously. If you have any concerns as to our staff's adherence to our policy, please give our management team a call (800) 516-6837.
